Kumara (97%), Canola Oil.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C in deep fryer. Place Kumara Chips into wire basket and carefully lower into hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve.
Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 220°C. Place the frozen Kumara Chips on a baking tray for 18-20 minutes, turning until golden brown.
Air Fryer: Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning until golden brown.
Shallow Pan Fry: Preheat pan on high heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Place frozen Kumara Chips in the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes, tossing until golden brown.
The Duder family has been growing kumara in Dargaville since 1992. They pride themselves on being quality suppliers with sustainable growing practices. The family is part of the 22 kumara growers who supply the Delta Kumara group. 95% of Delta kumara is grown within 15 kilometres of the packhouse which is situated on the outskirts of the Dargaville Township, New Zealand.
