Crisp and moreish, these hash browns are made from kumara grown in Dargaville, Kauri Coast. Heat till golden, serve with brunch and try your best to share.

Kumara (72%), Potato [Water, Dehydrated Potatoes, Emulsifiers (471, 450), Preservatives (222, citric acid)], Seasonings [Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Yeast Extract, Emulsifier (433)], Vegetable Oil, Thickener (415).
Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 220oC. Place the frozen Hash Brown on a baking tray. Fan bake for 10-12 minutes, turning until golden brown.
Pan Fry/BBQ: Preheat BBQ or hot plate with 1 Tbsp oil. Place frozen Hash Brown onto the preheated plate & cook for 3-6 minutes per side on medium to high heat until golden brown.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption. Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.
The Duder family has been growing kumara in Dargaville since 1992. They pride themselves on being quality suppliers with sustainable growing practices. The family is part of the 22 kumara growers who supply the Delta Kumara group. 95% of Delta kumara is grown within 15 kilometres of the packhouse which is situated on the outskirts of the Dargaville Township, New Zealand.
