Cauliflower (30%), Water, Batter [Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Thickener (1404), Herbs, Spices, Dehydrated Vegetables, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 500), Acidity Regulator (262), Fructose, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Flavours, Canola Oil], Polenta, Onion (sautéed) [Onion, Canola Oil], Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs [Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Salt, Dextrose (Tapioca, Maize), Mineral Salts (450, 500)], Citrus Fibre, Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch, Red Bell Peppers, Salt, Herbs, White Pepper, Garlic.

Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place the frozen Crumbed Cauliflower Schnitzel in a baking tray. Fan bake/grill for 13-15 minutes until brown.

Pan Fry/ BBQ: Preheat BBQ or hot plate with 1 Tbsp oil. Place frozen Crumbed Cauliflower Schnitzel onto the preheated plate and cook for 4-5 minutes per side on medium to high heat turning until brown.

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption. Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.
